I’m glad you’re here! I’m very passionate about energy and emotional healing, brain hacks that make life easier, self help and self improvement, mindset work and anything along those lines!

When I began my own healing journey and learned that a lot of suffering can be tied to unprocessed emotions and trauma and that healing even from the most debilitating of diseases is possible when we tend to our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being, I knew I had to get into this work.

I absolutely love working with and helping my clients uncover what’s really stopping them from living their dream lifestyle and achieving their goals.

It lights me up when I hear things like physical pain that they’ve had for years being gone after working through the energetic and emotional baggage related to it. Or getting a text that for the first time ever they’ve had the courage to ask their boss for something they wanted, and that they got it. Or hearing my client say that they took a day off to take care of themselves and for once didn’t feel guilty about it.

It never fails to bring tears, awe, and gratitude to my face to hear how simply clearing the emotional and energetic clutter can make such a huge difference in a persons life.

I approach things differently than people who try to massively overhaul and create changes in your life by major and huge actions.

I’m a believer in implementing and trying out small and sustainable changes because while instant massive overhauls may work for a couple weeks maybe even a month, it’s not sustainable in the long run for most people.

In my experience, we have enough on our plates and enough on our to do list as it is. YOU are different and unique. We all have different emotional, mental baggage, different life circumstances and experiences. It’s important that the journey be catered to those specific terms. No one size fits all here please. I wouldn’t dare try to make you wear someone else’s elephant sweatpants when you clearly need bootcut jeans.
